Magnetic resonance imaging showed a fracture of the medial and lateral tibial plateau, while the cruciate and collateral ligaments are unharmed. The 23-year-old from Sappada, says the FISI, will have to stand still for a few weeks.
As for Fabian Bacher, he returned to Italy for further checks on his suspected appendicitis. Finally, Federica Brignone will not make today's Team Event or tomorrow's slalom to focus on the giant.
