The enormous work of the organization of a reality like Valmalenco, which “invented” two races to open the 2020/21 World Cup, was rewarded. There were so many unknowns that run after run I managed to dispel, I had never won before in the opening race of the season, now I have succeeded. Another small record added to my successes, now it is important to repeat ourselves since Sunday's race. Yesterday I texted with Sofia (Goggia, ed), I wrote that when I see her win she gives me a great boost. In the end I experienced a little thrill when Gulini dived across the finish line, frankly I didn't notice, but by now I had already passed the finish line ”.
