Biography: Giorgio Rocca, born on August 6, 1975 in Chur and raised in the Upper Engadine, was one of Italy’s greatest slalom skiers. Winner of 11 World Cup races and the 2006 slalom title, he was known for explosive and technically refined skiing. He competed in World Championships and three Olympic Games and now works in coaching and high-performance ski projects. (aggiornamento: )
