It will be a special return, that of the men's World Cup in Chamonix.
No descent, but a slalom and a parallel giant (the second and last of the season after Alta Badia) at the end of the "Verte des Houches", on the weekend of 8-9 February.
Today the OK has come from the FIS, after having ascertained the good preparation of the slopes with the usual snow check about ten days before the appointment on the French snows: it will start on Saturday 8th, with the ninth slalom of the season in program with heats at 10 and 13 on Sunday instead the parallel giant (9.30 the qualification, at 13.15 the final phase), another key race in the night for the general World Cup.
