Lizeroux Julien, French slalom specialist and winner of two silver medals'' (slalom and super combined) at the World Championships at home, Val d'' Isère 2009, was recently elected to the Athletes' Commission of the FIS. Born in Moutiers, in Savoy, the 34 year old trans made his debut in the World Cup in 2000, winning three wins and six other podium finishes. '' I spoke to the former president of FIS Athletes' Commission Kilian Albrecht who informed me of the elections during the last World Championships in Schladming. I was interested,'' the French Association of Ski put my name on the list and I was elected.
