The calendar of the Grass Ski World Cup finally takes shape, almost entirely defined during the online meeting of the FIS specialty subcommittee.
The Slovak town of Piestany will open the dance, on Saturday 5 and Sunday 6 June, with a slalom sprint and a slalom, followed by the three days of Rettenbach (Austria) from 18 to 20 June, with giant, slalom and supergiant . The month of July will open in Pradklasteri, in the Czech Republic, with superg, giant and slalom from Friday 2 to Sunday 4, then finally (after the cancellation of 2020 due to Covid) the appointment in Cortina, set between 31 July and on 1 August with giant and superg, while Tambre will host three races from 27 to 29 August, with supergiant, giant and slalom.
The finals are scheduled again in Dizin, Iran, from 21 to 24 September, immediately after the World Championships in Stitna Nad Vlari (Czech Republic) on 6-12 September, which will award titles at both senior and junior level. As for the national competitions, the Coppa Italia circuit will unravel between Turin (two slalom sprints on 19-20 June), Gaggio Montano (two giants on 10-11 July), Malga Rivetta (slalom and giant on 24-25 July ) and Schia (giant and slalom on 21-22 August), while the Absolute Italian Championships were assigned in Montecampione, from 17 to 19 September with supergiant, slalom and giant on the program.
