The FIS grass ski races were held in Schwarzenbach and are also valid for the Junior Cup circuit.
The balance of the Italian team, already brilliant in the previous weekend of the World Cup and present with a large selection in Austria, is definitely positive with 11 podiums overall among the various categories. Daniele Buio ranked third in the men's giant, a placement that earned him second place in the junior classification, in which Filippo Zamboni finished third.
Ambra Gasperi, second in the junior giant, made an encore with third place in the super-g (and winner in the junior category) just behind Margherita Mazzoncini. Zamboni was instead imposed in the FIS men's slalom and consequently in the junior classification, where Buio finished third. Finally Mazzoncini came third in the FIS women's slalom.
