After the closing of the deadline for submission of applications on 1 May, FIS officially applied for the World Ski Championships in 2023.

I'm running to represent the iridescent show that will take place in six years between Courchevel and Méribel, the French resorts of the large Le Trois Vallées district, which appear in a joint application (the second hosted the female competitions of the Albertville Olympics in 1992) Austrian Saalbach-Hinterglemm, which proves to us after hosting the 1991 World Cup.
The final presentation of the projects is scheduled for Friday 1 September and will be preceded by a first meeting at the FIS meeting to be held in Portoroz, Slovenia, at the end of May. The announcement of the venue that will organize the World Cup next to Cortina 2021 will be given during the 51st FIS International Congress scheduled for Costa Navarino, Greece, in June 2018.
