In the morning on Pre da Peres of Furkelpass you & egrave; competed in the slalom FIS in one run that was true as a qualification to the parallel-afternoon and evening & egrave; was won by the young Austrian Marco Schwarz in British driver Dave Ryding and Norwegian Truls Johansen. Among the thirty-five qualified Italian: Giordano Ronci ninth, tenth Giovanni Borsotti, Andrea Ballerin sixteenth, twenty-sixth and thirty-first Adam Peraudo Michele Landini.
The decisive phases were then carried out on the track Cianross San Vigilio. Ronci, Landini and Peraudo were eliminated in the first round, in the second round Borsotti cause a false start against the Swiss Martin Stricker, Ballerin instead took advantage of the large hole left by Schwarz, out now in sixteenths, even to get to the semifinals.
The Trentino beat in the second round French Maxime Rizzo, the very one who had passed Schwarz, then in the quarter set the Swiss Anthony Bonvin before surrendering to the American AJ Ginnis and in the match for third place to Ryding.
