In the first heat of the men's World Cup slalom in Wengen yet another impressive performance from Marcel Hirscher.

The Austrian, while keeping the margin at the top and on the very steep central wall, gave 23 cents to the Swedish Andre Myhrer, favored from the party with the number 1 and a very racy track put on the ground by his coach. Third place went to 64 cents for the German Felix Neureuther, fourth and very good with the number 7 when the track was already very low, especially in the ruined Austrian Mario Matt, the same goes for the German Fritz Dopfer, fifth with the number 11 and even head at the end of the wall, and for the French Alexis Pinturault, seventh with 16.
The first sixth of the blue, a Manfred Moelgg who risked the impossible (and also threatened to quit) in the last fifteen doors. Rounding out the top ten Swede Mattias Hargin, eighth, Frenchman Jean-Baptiste Grange, ninth, and the Austrian Reinfried Herbst, tenth.
